Practical leadership workshops for teams that actually ship

We run workshops for managers, team leads and emerging leaders across the Northern Territory. Small groups, real scenarios, measurable change. No motivational posters.

Pick a format that fits your schedule

We have run 140+ workshops since 2019. Each format covers different ground, so choose based on what your team needs right now.

Half-day intensive

4 hours · up to 14 participants

A focused session on one topic: conflict resolution, delegation, or giving feedback that people hear. You bring a real scenario from your workplace. We work through it together, role-play the hard conversation, and leave with a written action plan. Most teams book this when they have a specific friction point they need sorted by Friday.

Two-day deep dive

2 consecutive days · up to 20 participants

Day one maps your team's current leadership habits using a 360-degree diagnostic we send out two weeks before. Day two builds new habits through paired exercises, live coaching and structured debrief. Participants receive a 12-page personal profile and a 90-day follow-up check-in call included in the fee.

Six-week program

Weekly 90-min sessions · up to 10 participants

For leaders who want lasting change, not a sugar hit. Each week covers one skill: listening, decision-making under pressure, running meetings that finish early, coaching direct reports, managing up, and saying no without burning bridges. Between sessions, participants complete a short field assignment with their own team and report back.

Executive one-on-one

6 × 75-min sessions over 8 weeks

Private coaching for senior leaders who can't workshop their challenges in a group. We use a structured framework but adapt every session to whatever is live for you that week. Common topics: board communication, restructuring a team, handling a performance issue with a long-tenured employee, or preparing for a role change.

How a workshop actually runs

No death-by-PowerPoint. Here is the sequence we follow in every engagement.

1

Pre-work diagnostic

Two weeks before the workshop, every participant completes a 15-minute online survey. Their direct reports and peers answer a shorter version. This gives us real data on current leadership behaviour, not guesses.

2

Scenario design

We interview the booking manager to collect three to five real situations the team has faced in the past quarter. These become the case studies we use in the room. Nothing hypothetical.

3

Live workshop day

Short input blocks (ten minutes max), then paired or small-group exercises. Each exercise ends with a structured debrief: what worked, what felt awkward, what you would do differently. We film two role-plays per participant for playback review.

4

Personal action plan

Before anyone leaves the room, they write three commitments on a card. Specific, time-bound, observable by someone else. We photograph the cards and email them back at the 30-day mark as a reminder.

5

Follow-up check-in

Ninety days later, participants complete a short pulse survey. We compare it to the pre-work diagnostic and send the booking manager a progress report showing what shifted and where attention is still needed.

What changed for past participants

These numbers come from our post-workshop pulse surveys collected between March 2021 and November 2025.

We ask every participant two questions at the 90-day mark: "Have you used a specific skill from the workshop in the past month?" and "Did your team notice?" The numbers above reflect only those who answered yes to both. We do not count people who liked the workshop but did not change anything.

Common questions

Yes. We travel to any Australian capital and have run sessions in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Travel costs are quoted separately and depend on the number of facilitators required. For teams spread across multiple sites, we also offer a hybrid format where one facilitator is in the room and a second joins by video.

Four people for a group workshop. Below that, the paired exercises lose variety and participants end up practising with the same partner repeatedly. If you have fewer than four, the executive one-on-one format is a better fit.

Three to four weeks is ideal because we need time for the pre-work diagnostic. We have squeezed it into ten days when a client had an urgent need, but the diagnostic data is thinner and the session design is less tailored.

Absolutely. During the scenario design call, you tell us what matters most. If your team is struggling with cross-functional handoffs, we build exercises around that. If the issue is new managers who avoid hard conversations, we focus there. We do not run a fixed curriculum.

The half-day intensive starts at $3,200 + GST for up to 14 participants. The two-day deep dive is $7,800 + GST. The six-week program is $9,500 + GST per cohort. Executive one-on-one coaching is $2,400 + GST for the full six-session package. All prices include pre-work diagnostics, materials and the 90-day follow-up report.

Cancel more than 14 days out and you pay nothing. Between 7 and 14 days, there is a 50% fee to cover facilitator time already committed. Inside 7 days, the full fee applies. You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 10 days notice.
